Physical use of the body is required for normal healthy function, we are designed by YHWH to move and exert ourselves.
If you do not use your body you will break down and get into a state where you have trouble using your body or can not use it.
That saying "use it or lose it" actually fits here. Though I will mention, if you "use it" too much, and too much too soon, you can lose it as well. Be smart.
So many anti-aging chemicals are released in our bodies when we exert ourselves as well, this is a crucial key for optimum health, but you need to make sure all points on this page are covered, because exerting yourself too much is actually damaging on your body if you are not covering the basics and giving your body all of the nutrients it needs, so this is why some people get "younger", more active, and healthier from physical labor, and others get muscle wasting, wrinkled, dried out, broken, older, tired, dead.
Any exertion you do, start out slow/from the bottom, and work your way up slowly so that you do not over stress your body and can learn your limits.
The slower you work up the better, ligaments and tendons are something to keep in mind as in a person who never exerts themselves their ligaments and tendons are weak(also if they are not covering points on this page their ligaments and tendons will wear down), so going slow ensures these build up stronger instead of failing from too much stress too soon, and inability to heal as quickly as they're being stressed which ultimately results in a failure of some kind.
First off exerting yourself and putting a demand for energy on your body causes your body to create more energy, one such example is through the mitochondria, when you train your body it increases mitochondria(energy factories of cells).
This is a very good thing if you're interested in having plenty of energy.
Next, we have many things circulating through our body, and we even have a 2nd circulatory system that entirely relies on us moving.
Like standing puddles of water that go stale and become rotten, so does our bodies if we are not moving enough.
Doctors who are forcing elderly people into beds for most of their life are only rapidly increasing the rate of their deterioration.
We can get sick and break down due to no movement.
Focus on moving any way possible, even if you're moving slowly and easily, which is even what I would recommend for this purpose, like walking, the point is to just be like a fresh flowing river, and not like a stale stagnant rotten puddle of muddy water.
We tend to lose flexibility as we get older and go periods of not using our bodies much, so I definitely recommend focusing on flexibility, this will improve your function.
I will also recommend something like gymnastics, as this trains your body, and is fun making it easier to accomplish these things.
Gymnasts tend to have very high energy levels, and it's hard not to when what you do for fun is exercising.
Keep in mind, going from slow, stiff and unflexible, to quick, flexible and bouncy, will make you look and feel many years younger.
Lack rest, and you will soon find yourself sick and eventually miserable.
Also, being deficient in sleep causes your mental capabilities to suffer, sleep has a huge effect on our brains.
Resting allows your memory to function correctly and well, and you are able to learn and master tasks quickly and easily.
You may have tried doing something for the 1st time 1 day and didn't do so good, and then went to bed, then the next day you went back to try it again and suddenly you were doing it much better despite not having practiced since that last time, and the only thing you did was sleep.
This is not an odd thing or a miracle, it's normal, and how we are designed, your mind is built up while you sleep.
Sleep and rest is taught as being a waste of time and something to be fought, but it's critical for us to function and succeed easily.
Sleeping is also a time when your brain detoxes, if you're avoiding rest, then your brain is not getting detoxed normally as it should, and while the effects from avoiding the detox process may come on so gradually you can't notice them happening, the evidence supports that over the years this is harming our brains.
Lacking rest has shown to be fatal in multiple ways, some studies show lacking it enough is directly fatal, but for many it's indirectly fatal, so sleep deficiency is not ever stated and taught as the cause of death, missing out on rest can affect your whole body and contribute to diseases, as well consider physical accidents which occur from the mind not being 100%.
Some people fall asleep and crash and die, I myself if I sleep only 6 hours instead of 10, while I may not be falling asleep, I can tell my performance when riding my motorcycle is not 100%, increasing the chances of mistakes and looking over mistakes of others(You can be doing everything right, but then another person make a mistake and it cost you your life).
Put serious effort in to get on a schedule where you can get all of the sleep you need at night and wake up naturally without the need of stressful alarm clocks or stressful confrontations from family members.
Do not get used to going to bed whenever you want for that night based on some amusements you're chasing, and then needing an alarm clock to wake you up on time for something you have to do.
There are varying teachings on how much sleep is best, around 8 hours is generally accepted to be an average amount a human needs.
Also it's no secret every person is different and may have slightly different needs than other humans, though I would suggest that the needs on sleep do not vary too far from the average.
What I mean is, as people get older lately, they tend to say they need less and less sleep, and also may hold it to be true that an older person actually needs less sleep and can function just the same on it.
There is evidence for this to not be true and be a large part of many symptoms that many people may just write off as "normal aging" issues.
Instead this may be an indicator of their failing health, and may even be a contributing factor to their failing physical state.
It's not so easy to just snap a finger and be normal in sleep though, so the 1st step is to be aware you need to be healthier with sleeping, then go from there, and also realizing being healthier in other things such as diet, and avoiding toxins like drugs, alcohols, and cigarettes, will help heal your body and allow it to be normal and natural.
Some things which will cause you to sleep better and more naturally are exerting yourself during the day, some reports suggest being grounded aids in this as well, fresh air is well known to boost health and natural sleeping, getting sunlight on your skin affects your sleep habits, and as well light itself plays a role in our sleeping, try to be in the bright sunlight during the day time, and try to be out of bright light at the time the sun leaves your area.
So remember to stay in balance since countless things rely on it.
When it is time for you to sleep, try not to be in a very unnaturally bright environment.
Even looking at lights such as tv and computer monitors, while they do not put off too much light, can affect your body from totally turning off it's "awake energy mode", and can keep you distracted so much you ignore your bodies response telling you to go to sleep for so long, you can no longer sleep as easy.
Evidence, my own experience included, shows we are tied to invisible body patterns, and a major solution to poor sleep may be for us to just acknowledge there is a time during the day that we should sleep.
For years I struggled with sleep, and I started to try and listen to my body to learn more about it.
I was staying up all night, and felt like I was stuck struggling to sleep, but I noticed not long after around 7pm, I would feel a light wave of an urge to rest, with the many amusements and tasks I had going on around me though, it's easy to ignore that 1st wave, and also the modern world and society teaches you it's not normal to sleep at 7pm unless you're a child so many people would laugh at that idea, then I noticed later around 10pm I would have another wave of an urge to rest stronger than the 1st, but I easily avoided that as well, and realized I had been doing that every night, all the while hating my sleep schedule and just laying in bed for hours when I finally went and tried to fall asleep.
It would be late, and I would go try to fall asleep and fail at it, and I would think to myself, it's so late, I should be able to fall asleep easily now since it's so late, so I must have a problem sleeping.
However, I didn't really have a problem sleeping, not how I or others imagine anyway, but there was a problem with our sleeping due to the fact we are not sleeping at sleep time.
I started going to bed around my 10pm wave of sleep, and slept well, well even compared to just trying to sleep around 12am, so just a few hours made a big difference in how my body responded to sleep.
A long time passed before I decided to listen to that 1st wave that came just after 7pm, after I started sleeping at that time my whole perspective on sleep changed, and I realized that was "sleep time" for me.
I was sleeping about 10 hours no problem, no struggles, no discomfort or waking multiple times. My sleep reminded me of when I was a child, and I would wake up productive and energetic.
Despite me loving finding a good sleep schedule and the benefits, I eventually came to have to use my will power to stay on that schedule, not because it was hard to fall asleep, because it was very easy, but things, for example, like special events taking place after my bed time, would come up, and I would have to make the decision to choose good rest or attending.
So I find rest may require willpower for some similar to how some need it for eating healthy and saying no to bad food choices.
So be on guard against things trying to ruin your rest.
So realize there are natural body rhythms out of your control, that will not obey you, that you must submit to, and go to bed early.
Studies support this greatly, and show us sleeping earlier at certain hours is like super rest compared to falling asleep later in the night.
There are many who are so frustrated and tired of going to bed(late), and struggling to fall asleep, and having to lay there for hours, so they may find it offensive to say to them go to sleep even earlier, because they may feel that just means they have to lay there for even more hours in misery, but that is not the case once everything normalizes, and may be their key to avoiding all of that sleepless misery.
Now, most importantly on this topic, do not forget our father YHWH's Sabbaths that he has given to man and told us to remember and keep.
The word sabbath means rest.
YHWH is the one who made you, and designed the human body.
Since it is important to sleep during the night as we are designed to for optimum health, if you have a job or something similar that prevents this, my suggestion is if it's possible for you exit that job and take another since it's not worth your health and mind.
If you think about why we work in the 1st place, resting properly benefits those things, and lacking rest harms them.
If you are stuck in a cycle of insomnia, and staying up all night and having trouble getting onto a normal schedule, one of the best and quickest ways to normalize is simply to spend more time outside daily, with the best solution being live outside for a number of days, sleeping in a tent or something similar.
This can be a cure for some issues that people thought were unbeatable.
Living outside can help me shift my bed time up to 12 hours in a matter of days without any loss of sleep and only positive "side effects".
Interestingly, the 7th day Sabbath of YHWH is a day that helps me conquer my poor schedules when I may have strayed and brought insomnia on myself.
On the 7th day, resting comes so much easier for me, and other people, to the point we are thinking there is something to it and not just coincidence.
Casting your worries over to YHWH and really relaxing for a day because you have permission from the most high can really help you to rest extra well.
Don't ignore that early urge to rest on the 7th day, and maybe you will see what we're talking about too.
Now, if you suddenly have nights where you noticeably can't sleep very well, or for as long as you aimed for or expected, don't get too upset and totally give up on trying to rest properly every night.
All humans have a monthly cycle(females AND males have cycles, I am not talking about female menstrual cycles),
and during part of that cycle it seems to be natural for sleep habits to be altered for a number of days every month, which may affect certain people more than others.
This information used to be openly shared among scientific literature, but has been hidden in modern days, I've wondered why the world would try to hide human monthly cycles, and it may be because the world is using it against us in it's manipulation of society, things such as products, movies, and events often take place at key parts of the cycle, and you have to wonder if it's just a coincidence.
People are not aware of these cycles, and quickly assume it's a silly idea since they didn't learn it from school or their tv, and they're failing to see all of the connections because they're stuck inside their houses, mentally attached to distractions, and constantly plugged into the modern world.
Month after month, I've watched various people repeat the same exact habits at the exact times of the human monthly cycle, and they're all unaware they're doing these things, and being urged by their flesh to behave differently.
A lot of people during their "peak" gain a lot of energy, feel happier, and are more friendly, others however gain energy to express their bitterness and evil and may start a fight like clockwork during that time.
An unhealthy person, like I've mentioned before, is more tempted to behave poorly, and those with a dark heart can't help but spew out darkness, so when they're given a surge of energy out of nowhere, they may use it to behave that much more poorly.
On social media during the time, I also see people simultaneously complaining of not being able to sleep, though they don't all put it together and realize it's for the same reason, and what is taking place every month when this happens.
The thing that is controlling this cycle is the moon, I don't know how we're connected to the sun and moon, but being aware of these things will help you throughout your life.
It's like we are tied to the sun due to where it's located at the time, and for the moon, it's the moon cycle.
I've come to name the week leading up to the full moon, the week of the full moon.
If you want to see with your own eyes the behavioral changes of people to confirm this for yourself, don't only look during the full moon, it begins 7-5 days before, and builds up.
Knowing this, I can totally forget where the moon is at in it's cycle, and seeing what people are doing around me I can know when it's time for the full moon.
Not to mention, being aware of this, I recognize my own cycle within me now.
This is actually where the word "lunatic" comes from, "luna" meaning moon.
This also may explain the stories of monsters coming out at the full moon, because it's the full moon when we are at our peak of energy, and this energy is connected to the human libido.
Bad people are more motivated to do bad things such as kidnap around that time, and in the past when police and forensics were non-existent, it probably took place much more often.
So, keep watch on your family more during these times.
Usually when I've tried to enlighten others about this, they've tuned me out and didn't listen, and even thought I was talking about pagan stuff, but this is part of our design, and the moon is not "pagan".
Anyway I will move on now and not share more about this, just know if you suddenly feel like you can't sleep, you may really be at a stage of the cycle where you sleep differently, and have urges to sleep differently.
If you're totally unaware of this, then things may get confusing when you think sleep should be exactly the same night after night year after year, which is the only reason I shared it.
A useful tip if you're having trouble resting then it's possible you need to change the place you are trying to sleep.
Different places in your house can be easier to rest in, or even rearranging things in your house can make it far easier to rest in.
Some cases maybe a certain person disturbs your sleep, and fixing that issue will help.
Poor health can and will cause poor sleep, disease makes it harder for you to rest as you should at night, and this includes having too much body fat.
Too much body fat is known to cause you to be unable to breath freely.
Problems with your circulatory system will also make it harder for your body to sleep and get rested, so focus on getting healthier and more natural, you may need more time than others to return to health and a natural state.
Safety plays a part in comfort so efforts to help you be at ease during the night will make you sleep better, sometimes this may simply take you closing the door to your room at bedtime, and of course having faith in YHWH when you are striving to be righteous is going to put your mind at ease greatly.
The Messiah was sleeping peacefully on a boat in a violent storm because he knew YHWH, while the other men were frantic because they thought they were going to die.
Put your trust in YHWH.
The wicked often sleep terribly, they don't feel love and protection from the creator, and many bad things human do can increase risks, such as being mixed with the wrong crowd often leads to many being murdered.
Often different rooms in a house have different vibes and energy that affects you.
This can be both in your mind, and caused by other things that you can sense is there even though you're picking it up more on a subconscious level, such as electrical or radio energies.
Sleeping outside for me is the best sleep I can get and not comparable to sleeping inside, I would suggest giving this a try and doing it as much as possible if you're able to pull it off and feel safe, since you will be healthier and sleep healthier.
(If you keep Sukkot then you will experience this)
When I do sleep inside, I've set up my sleeping area with the intention of maximizing healthy rest.
I do not have a tv in that room, it's just a room designed to be rested in.
The room does not have any unwanted and uncontrollable light, the room is farthest away from the roadway near my house, and the furniture is arranged in a way that makes me feel more peaceful.
So take the time to search for your comfort, because it pays off and can make you very happy.
Humans tend to get in a habit of how things are currently, and forget they can make even slight changes to receive great benefits.
A thing some people like to do is position their bed in a way to where it doesn't have you facing the opening of a door, looking through it.
This is done since it may draw your mind to go through the door, where you have a feeling of going through the door, and also not being contained in your comfort space.
I have applied this technique and it can definitely create a different feel in a bedroom.
Another trick used for falling asleep when it's time is to pretend and exaggerate to yourself that you're fully tired and exhausted.
You simply imagine your body feeling like it does when you're extremely tired, falling asleep and not wanting to hold your eyes open, and have no energy in your body to do anything.
You focus on those feelings in your body, and not on wanting to fall asleep or anything else, or thinking about random subjects, and this can help you relax and fall asleep.
If you learn how to relax every point of your body as well, this puts you to sleep rather easily.
It's well known among those who practice hypnosis techniques.
You may be able to find some audio of a person going through this routine of them going through a list of things for you to relax and do.
A lot of couples find it to be a rule that they must sleep together without question, and that is the only thing which is normal.
Don't get so hung up on this as being important, it may very well be important for some people, but having your own beds, or even your own rooms,(in some cases your own houses), may boost your rest, health, marriage, and life.
You can try it out and experiment, and if someone isn't happy, then you can always revert back.
Another issue to look at, people who let their animals live with them inside tend to be at risk of not having the best sleep.
I'm personally not a fan of keeping most animals inside of the house or even letting them in due to the extra dirt and risk of parasitic infection.
Some of the reasons an inside animal may harm your sleep include them doing something distracting in the house when you need to be sleeping, such as them running around, being noisy, playing, doing something they shouldn't do, the list goes on, but they can potentially do things that will force you up out of bed to investigate or fix something, and even you just being distracted out of your sleep one time per night is having an effect in you.
Also they may be very needy, and if you have done something they're not happy with, like putting them out of your bedroom and shutting the door, they may whine and cry and try to get through the door.
Also if they lay all over you in the bed, this can greatly reduce your comfort, and you also may wake from your sleep from not being comfortable and not moving around as freely as you want. You may not want to disturb them.
So you may also lose sleep by waking up and pushing them off the bed, to where they just jump back up and you repeat the process over and over, and when they finally change their mind and you fall back asleep, you may wake back up just to find they came back later.
Further, pets affect your immune system, they bring in allergens that you may not even notice if you don't react harshly, them affecting your physical health can reduce your comfort and ability to rest.
I've went through many of these things with a pet before, and coupled with my already poor sleeping habits, I was not very happy having to get up and get ready for school at 5-6am.
So if you're piling into a bed with someone else and all kinds of your animals, try getting totally away from that for a period, including the invisible allergens and germs, and you may be surprised at how much better life seems to you, and how you do not wish to return to that.
There are a few things that can aid you in sleeping well.
There exists mouth pieces that you sleep with, and they can help you sleep better and deeper.
White noise machines can help you sleep, and also not be disturbed by noises that would otherwise wake you up since they will be drowned out by the white noise.
The downside to this is you will have trouble hearing things that may be important for you to hear, including your child calling for help, or an invader.
You can counter that added stress if you secure your property, and possibly install counter measures such as a security system that will alert you.
Resting the way we are designed to is required for proper immune system function, so do not neglect, ignore, or forget the importance of this topic!
So get off of things that are influencing you to have insomnia such as computers, tvs, cell phones, internet, facebook, etc, when it is "sleep time" and you start to feel sleepy.
There are constantly wars that need to be waged inside of your body by your immune system, and consistent healthy rest is a must if you want your body to dominate the murderous invaders.
Protect your body
Protect your body from being damaged in all ways, from simple things like cuts in your flesh, to invisible radiation being emitted from modern technology, to parts of your body that doctors want to mutilate and cut off such as tonsils that are there to help keep us healthy and full of life, and they cut them out to hide the symptoms so the cause can continue on in the body never being fixed.
The same with doctors and reproductive organs which serve important uses to us, more than just reproduction!
Such things damage us and weaken us, taking steps to avoid as much physical trauma as possible will aid in vitality and longevity.
Also included in this advice, is to protect and defend yourself from germs and disease damage as best as possible, and from substances that are not meant to be put into the body that can cause damage.
A weakened immune system is more prone to germ infestation, and a germ infestation taxes and weakens the immune system, causing a downward spiral.
Germ infestations are not harmless though they may feel like they're not doing much, think of every time you fall ill as a would that scars your body, they're weakening you.
A big part of protecting yourself from germs is to not play the whore and have many partners as if you're free to do such.
A female should save her body for her husband.
Even just getting with 1 person can expose you to so much filth that silently enters your body, because they may have swapped germs with many others through out their life, or even though they may have only gotten with 1 person before, that 1 person they had gotten with could have swapped germs with many.
Stay pure and avoid the curses that come with living for the flesh.
I point this out because the modern world raises people up from their youth teaching it's okay to share saliva with many different people and that it's a low risk practice..
Kissing strangers and people you don't know very well and/or may not know very long, on the mouth is something that should be made known to be disgusting and a health disaster.
(Kissing your mate who is clean is a different story of course! That is like kissing yourself.)
Even just kissing can spread germs that will live in your body for the rest of your life, reducing your health potential.
Learn from the mistakes of others, don't listen to the dark encouragement that it's okay to go out and act foolish and make mistakes and time will heal everything you did.
It does not work like that.
Keeping knowledge and wisdom will reward you.
If you have a body part and you decide it is too far gone and ate up with something like cancer, then you yourself make that call to let it be removed, don't let a doctor tell you it's too far gone when it's not, many of them are quick to butcher.
If you have any sort of time, commit 100% to a radical lifestyle change and try to heal yourself the right way before you sacrifice part of your body and then possibly cause yourself to have poor physical health and mental stability for the rest of your life.
Things like tonsils, and ovaries are important parts of our body system.
Even things which you think really would be fine going without such as wisdom teeth, the procedure used to remove them in itself may be what makes it harmful and destructive to the body, even long-term.
Don't pay people mass amounts of money to harm you, if you want to blow your cash so bad, then go and buy literature on true health, and go buy from local farmers who are working to grow organic healthy food for you, and support those who is willing to protect you from being harmed and love you as a person despite the world persecuting them for it, instead of supporting those men who put on an act of being interested in you and caring, but then looking at you as cattle good for profit and self gain.
Evidence has shown wearing certain kinds of clothing can give health and healing benefits.
Some ways are by the material's performance in certain situations, such as causing less perspiration which results in a less hospitable environment for parasitic infections.
(If you're not sure of what I may be referring to when I say parasitic infection, for some common topics, think feet, underarms, and scalp.
Smelly feet are not natural, and they're caused by an infection. Modern shoes with their materials that can't breathe are very much responsible for growing and spreading these infections.
Smelly underarms, despite popular belief, are not natural, and they're caused by an infection. If the germs causing the smell were to disappear 100%, then there would be no need for buying things like deodorants.
Scalp issues such as dandruff are also showing to be an infection of organisms that like to live on the scalp.
It seems most of the unpleasant modern issues are due to infections, and not really supposed to be a part of normal human life.)
Another way 1 could gain health from clothing is if the clothing protects from physical harm, such as body armor.
I definitely recommend making use of things such as helmets.
There is research that even suggests certain materials have frequencies that are able to interact with human bodies, for example, linen, and wool.
(Though remember, do not mix the 2, it is a commandment to not make a garment with those 2 materials mingled together.
Interestingly, research shows mixing them together would cancel out the healing properties.)
Now for this point I just wanted to share that your very garments have the ability to increase your health to a degree, but there is another side that we modern people should really be aware of.
Clothes also have the ability to powerfully decrease our health and poison our bodies.
People rarely think to blame clothes for failing health, they typically won't even blame the obvious contributors to bad health like refusing to eat elohim-given healthy foods, so you can imagine the less obvious things are even farther off the radar, which is very bad since that makes it much easier for wicked ones to get away with far more since no one is watching them or even looking their direction.
Modern clothes are being made with toxic materials, corrupted materials, and also materials that have been saturated in deadly poisons.
A deadly poison may kill you with a certain amount in an instant, but minuscule amounts entering your body will degrade your health slowly, and kill over time.
In fact, killing someone quietly, slowly, and inobviously is a far more effective way to escape blame for your wrong you committed against them.
We have evil corporations trying to "play god" and they're corrupting plants by altering their natural coding from the Father.
This can cause issues even if you're just touching these plants.
Farm animals have died from the mad experiments of these people because the corrupted product is producing deadly toxins by itself.
The same corporations are also destroying the earth for profit by getting people to pour literal poisons everywhere, in the ground and water, on the food they're eating, and on the clothes they're wearing.
Cotton is a common fabric material today, but by many it is considered one of the world's dirtiest crops because they're using horrible pesticides on it.
It seems since people are not going to eat the cotton, they more freely get carried away with using poisons on it, yet please be aware, your body takes in things through the skin as well, and when your body takes things in through the skin it can bypass the digestive system and go straight into your blood and circulate through your body. Some things that you would instantly vomit out to protect you from it getting into your body, is able to sneak in straight to your blood and not give such obvious symptoms.
For example, I've taken hot baths in magnesium sulfate to absorb it directly into my body, and the science has been done to show it goes straight into the blood. Your skin absorbs, it isn't impenetrable.
Cotton farming makes use of the most hazardous chemicals.
These businesses are using chemicals that just 1 drop could kill a person and not caring about the consequences, all the while the chemicals are showing up in places they were not supposed to be such as drinking water.
Governments if they were really out to help the people, should make things like that illegal, but instead they encourage and help those who make use of them, and the ones who want to have a righteous and humble business selling healthy organic products, is burdened by the governments, and discouraged..
You can also factor in other things to this, like the laundry soaps you're using, and the dyes in the clothing.
So do research into this, and choose organic fabrics over tainted ones to reduce the toxin burden on your body even farther.
This point is covered through other sections, but is important to draw great specific attention to for a main point.
Stay clean, and keep everything around you clean.
Don't be lazy, or else you will suffer and may not even realize your body is below optimum health for a long time.
Remove unnecessary dirt, dust, mold/mildew, and pests.
Invited creatures such as pets can be fun and enhance our lives, but also they can create a lot of stress and health hazards, so it's best to lean towards avoiding inside pets when possible.
Uninvited creatures in your home such as pests can cause many problems and make a nasty mess, even spiders and ants.
Avoid things such as rat infestations, they not only damage your home and create hazards that way, and cause it to function less efficiently if they destroy insulation and your protective barrier, they also can create strong allergens that make you feel bad and can weaken your immune system.
Also, dust mites can create huge problems for humans so do not underestimate a dust mite infestation. Clean dust, and try to clean your things off outside of your house and dust them off, and also allow things like your mattress and bedding to sit out in the sunlight occasionally.
Sunlight annihilates so many harmful things, you may be familiar with the fact that surgeons realized people suffered less infections after surgery simply from being operated on in sunlight.
So areas with little to no sunlight are less healthy for us.
Use the sunlight for one of your cleaning techniques.
Roach infestations can be a nightmare, so do not waste any time in stopping a roach problem, before they get out of control.
If you do have a rat problem, I would advise against the typical method of just setting out purchased rat poison and doing nothing else, because this will not fix your problem and the poison is going to be spread to the environment and may end up in drinking water.
This typical method may create more problems when a rat dies inside of your floor or walls from poison, and your house becomes uninhabitable from rotting rat gasses, unless you want to take your house apart trying to locate the decaying corpse.
If pests such as rats are freely getting into your house, you need to figure out how they're getting in, and seal the entrances off. This can be hard to locate specific entrances, so it's best to just take the time to reseal your entire house up, and duct tape can come in handy for repatching your house up.
A motivated rodent can chew through the tape again, but once they do you will get an idea of where they are traveling, and when you take care of the things that may be causing rats in your area, then you can reseal it, and it will keep creatures from just walking right back into your house easily and deciding to live there.
Don't rely on duct tape alone though when you are able, make use of wood and metals, and anything you can come up with. You don't want rodents coming into your house and ruining your stuff, or even worse living out of sight in your walls, floors, and air ducts(polluting your air).
A big reason why people are not on top of this and sealing all parts of their house is they don't have easy access to all parts of their house, and the underside may be neglected so bad that it's scary and covered in things like spider webs. Try to avoid making a house where you don't have access to all of it, and try to take care of even the parts you don't see everyday like sections under your house.
"Ratting" is probably the fastest way to take out a rat infestation, but this method is disturbing to most as it makes use of guns and "rat terrier" dogs who have been bred to effectively kill rodents.
If you have thought about getting a pet just to help control the rodent population at your house, these rat terrier dogs are worth looking into.
I always try the most peaceful methods first for all things, and it is possible to fix a rodent problem from your house by simply being perfectly tidy outside of your home and not giving them any easy food/ water sources or housing, and sealing up all of your entry points.
► "Waste Management"
Naturally, our bodies have to shed waste and toxins.
If your body is not able to do this, then it holds your health back, and will poison you.
Keeping the other points well will keep your body efficient at the process of discarding the useless things to it, filtering out toxins and contaminates you have taken in, and also any parasites you have picked up.
High water intake is very crucial for this, nutrient rich foods such as vegetables are powerful aides in this, many of which naturally kill bad germs and parasites and even have properties that help your body shed toxins you have built up from contamination like deadly mercury, and physical use of the body is actually a large part of increasing this point, as this helps move things through our "2nd circulatory system", the lymph system, and also aids in other bodily processes.
So again though I mentioned this just above, remember, muddy water sitting in a puddle out in the mountains will actually rot and become rancid, while a moving stream will stay clean and fresh and healthy, this is similar to what happens with our bodies when we stop movement and "waste" and bad things get to hang around in one place for too long.
Also, you should strive to cut down on these wastes, as some are not natural and come from environmental and habitual factors.
An example, breathing in mold is poisoning your body, and that is waste building up inside, stressing your body, requiring energy and resources that it has to take away from other functions.
Another example, toxic alcoholic drinks, people consume large amounts of alcohol as if it's fun to poison your body and mind, and this fills your body with toxins.
Be aware of such things, and try to reduce them.
