Information

This project is in development still, please feel free to submit accusations and questions.

On this page I am going to work to compile every instance where the Messiah, and also any others afterward, are accused of doing something that is not lawful, but really they were committing no wrong.

There are far too many people who are thinking that the Messiah and others broke the law of YHWH, even proudly, and taught that the law was not something one had to keep.

This project will hopefully help correct those false assumptions.

Modern Christian leaders are even teaching these things, when it is so painfully obvious it does not add up, and such a teaching contradicts the Bible heavily.

If the Messiah had actually broken a single commandment, then he would have not been flawless and perfectly free of sin.
So, this is why we should easily know that something is off with what these people are saying.

It can especially be easy for people to believe that the Messiah and his disciples were breaking the law since the great majority never takes a short amount of time to read the law of YHWH and put it in their heart, so they do not really know right or wrong and have to take the word of others for it, and often do since they want an easy path.

If you do not know right from wrong, then when the pharisees tells you something is right when it's not, you're more likely going to believe them, and if they tell you something is wrong when it's not, you're also more likely to believe them and assume they have some idea of what they're talking about.

Some modern Christians may even be teaching the Pharisees knew the scriptures very well and was all correct, when really the bible shows us how full of error and blindness they are, and also teaches us to avoid their iniquities.
(As a reminder again, the pharisees today and their teachings are now typically called Judaism)

So some are believing the Pharisees in the bible when they accuse the Messiah of doing sin, and some even think the Messiah proudly was breaking the law, but this is very twisted.

The truth is that we are actually being shown how blind the Pharisees were being with their man made commandments and leavening, by saying he was sinning, when he was not.
It also gives us a lesson to really focus on what scriptures say, not what someone claims they think they mean.

One will gain this understanding if they love the truth and have been getting to know the Messiah.

Here are some examples from the bible that say the Messiah was free of sin;

Paul;
2 Corinthians 5:21 "For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of Elohim in him"

Paul;
Hebrews 4:14 "Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Yahushua the Son of Elohim, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin"

1 Peter 2:21 "For to this you have been called, because Messiah also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps. He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth"

Remember, sin is breaking the law, and Yahushua had no sin in him.
So who do you think was right, John here in 1 John 3:4, or the blind Pharisees that accused him of being a sinner when he wasn't?;

1 John 3:4 "Whoever commits sin breaks also the Law, for sin is the breaking of the Law, and you know that Yahushua was manifested to take away our sins and in him is no sin"

More to be inserted.

The Accusations

Below I will list the areas where someone is accused of transgressing the commandments of YHWH given through Moses, though they were not transgressing.

  Eating on the 7th day Sabbath of YHWH, is not sin!

Matthew 12:1 "At that time Yahushua went through the grain fields on the Sabbath, His disciples were hungry, and they began to pluck heads of grain and to eat, But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, Look, your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath, He said to them, Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, and those who were with him, how he entered the house of Elohim and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him to eat nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? Or have you not read in the law how on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath and are guiltless? I tell you, something greater than the temple is here, And if you had known what this means, I desire mercy, and not sacrifice, you would not have condemned the guiltless. For the Son of Man is lord of the Sabbath"

Mark 2:23 "One Sabbath he was going through the grain fields, and as they made their way, his disciples began to pluck heads of grain, And the Pharisees were saying to him, Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath? And he said to them, Have you never read what David did, when he was in need and was hungry, he and those who were with him, how he entered the house of Elohim, in the time of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him? And he said to them, The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath"

Luke 6:1 On a Sabbath, while he was going through the grain fields, his disciples plucked and ate some heads of grain, rubbing them in their hands, But some of the Pharisees said, Why are you doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath? And Yahushua answered them, Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him, how he entered the house of Elohim and took and ate the bread of the Presence, which is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those with him? And he said to them, The Son of Man is lord of the Sabbath"

They say that the disciples were breaking the commandment for sabbath by eating, but it is not a sin to eat on the sabbath day when you are hungry.
Also, they were hungry and in need of nourishment.

There is a difference between eating, and working/bearing a burden.
There is a difference between eating, and taking a sickle and working at gathering a harvest, then carrying it somewhere to process it and clean it, then working to store it, etc..

These disciples were just reaching out and taking things that they were going to eat according to the text.

The Messiah teaches something here that has power to open a persons mind to see clearer, he points out how the priests work on the 7th day Sabbath, but they're actually blameless, this is due to them having commandment from YHWH to do the work that they do, so they're not sinning, even though some may mistakenly think they are.

  Healing on a Sabbath day, is not sin!    It was good!

Matthew 12:9  "He went on from there and entered their synagogue, and a man was there with a withered hand, and they asked him is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse him. He said to them, Which one of you who has a sheep, if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not take hold of it and lift it out? Of how much more value is a man than a sheep, So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath, then he said to the man, Stretch out your hand, and the man stretched it out, and it was restored, healthy like the other, but the Pharisees went out and conspired against him, how to destroy him"

Mark 3:1 "Again he entered the synagogue, and a man was there with a withered hand. And they watched Yahushua to see whether he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse him. And he said to the man with the withered hand, Come here, And he said to them, Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to kill? But they were silent. And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, and said to the man, Stretch out your hand. He stretched it out, and his hand was restored. The Pharisees went out and immediately held counsel with the Herodians against him, how to destroy him"

Luke 6:6 "On another Sabbath, he entered the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there whose right hand was withered, And the scribes and the Pharisees watched him, to see whether he would heal on the Sabbath, so that they might find a reason to accuse him, But he knew their thoughts, and he said to the man with the withered hand, Come and stand here. And he rose and stood there. And Yahushua said to them, I ask you, is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to destroy it? And after looking around at them all, he said to him, Stretch out your hand. And he did so, and his hand was restored. But they were filled with fury and discussed with one another what they might do to Yahushua"

Luke 13:10 "Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath, And behold, there was a woman who had had a disabling spirit for 18 years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself. When Yahushua saw her, he called her over and said to her, Woman, you are freed from your disability. And he laid his hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and she glorified Elohim. But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Yahushua had healed on the Sabbath, said to the people, There are six days in which work ought to be done, Come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day. Then the lord answered him, You hypocrites! Does not each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or his donkey from the manger and lead it away to water it? And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom the Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day? As he said these things, all his adversaries were put to shame, and all the people rejoiced at all the glorious things that were done by him"

Luke 14:1 "One Sabbath, when he went to dine at the house of a ruler of the Pharisees, they were watching him carefully, And behold, there was a man before him who had dropsy, And Yahushua responded to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath, or not? But they remained silent. Then he took him and healed him and sent him away, And he said to them, Which of you, having a donkey or an ox that has fallen into a well on a Sabbath day, will not immediately pull him out? And they could not reply to these things"

John 5:5 "One man was there who had been an invalid for 38 years. When Yahushua saw him lying there and knew that he had already been there a long time, he said to him, Do you want to be healed? The sick man answered him, Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, and while I am going another steps down before me. Yahushua said to him, Get up, take up your bed, and walk, And at once the man was healed, and he took up his bed and walked.
Now that day was the Sabbath, So the Jews said to the man who had been healed, It is the Sabbath and it is not lawful for you to take up your bed, But he answered them, The man who healed me, that man said to me, Take up your bed, and walk.
They asked him, Who is the man who said to you, Take up your bed and walk? Now the man who had been healed did not know who it was, for Yahushua had withdrawn, as there was a crowd in the place. Afterward Yahushua found him in the temple and said to him, See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse may happen to you. The man went away and told the Jews that it was Yahushua who had healed him, And this was why the Jews were persecuting Yahushua, because he was doing these things on the Sabbath, But Yahushua answered them, My Father is working until now, and I am working. This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling Elohim his own Father, making himself equal with Elohim"

Notice above, Yahushua says sin no more that nothing worse may happen to you!

John 7:19 "Has not Moses given you the law? Yet none of you keeps the law. Why do you seek to kill me? The crowd answered, You have a demon! Who is seeking to kill you? Yahushua answered them, I did one work, and you all marvel at it. Moses gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath. If on the Sabbath a man receives circumcision, so that the law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me because on the Sabbath I made a man’s whole body well? Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment"

Just above, he is telling them their judgment is incorrect and full of error, and tells them to use right judgment.

These accusations are a sick and disturbing example of how prideful blind men will refuse to accept the truth, and instead conspire to destroy it and what is blessed and good.
No commandment was broken here, good was done, and the question is, where did the healing come from?

It was a miracle from YHWH, YHWH can do as he pleases, and how can anyone complain against YHWH for allowing a man to be healed. They should be rejoicing at the healing and at the man whom YHWH had sent to them to redeem them.
This accusation is from hard blindness.

  They accused him of being one who does not keep the 7th day Sabbath of YHWH.

John 9:16 "Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of Elohim because he keeps not the sabbath day, Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles? And there was a division among them"

The Messiah kept the sabbaths of YHWH. There is no indication in the bible that he broke them, but instead a testimony that he kept them.
These men were being blind.
