People actually can and do die from low moods, broken hearts, and stress.
It is shown that positive moods increase healing and you have heard before of people who beat illness because they set their mind on it so strong and refused to be brought down, which has plenty of evidence to support.
As well, it's common to see a person who is doing well physically, also having a wonderful attitude about things.
Other people can actually affect you through this greatly, so one must train themselves to be resilient to that, and as well separate themselves from negative things when possible.
Toxic relationships should be worked out immediately, and peace and joy restored. Communicate, communicate, communicate. State your needs, reach the solution, love.
Back to the point, also do not harm others through this!
Make it a point to stay happy and in a positive mood.
Stress and negativity will poison every cell in your body, destroying and corrupting you from the inside out.
Loving others, will bless you in health. Doing good and doing good for others, will bless you in health. Stay far away from evil and bad habits.
Be gracious to others.
Share the information on health with those whom you are able. There are so many people out there miserable and in bad situations because they have given up hope and they think there is nothing they can really do.
► Color Psychology and Surrounding Environment
The colors and appearance of things around us affect us.
The environment and set up you have around you can affect you positively or negatively, or alter your psychology in various ways.
Be aware of this and how certain colors are affecting your mood, or how a certain set up of your house and property is affecting you. This can lead to stress and other health issues.
Red is a awesome color, but strong shades of it can make you uncomfortable and more stressed compared to being surrounded by certain shades of blues, greens, or browns.
If you surround yourself with an environment that stresses you and doesn't make you happy, you may be more tempted to lash out at people, whereas if you had a different environment, think sitting on a nice beach with perfect weather in the evening, you would be more tempted to just be cool with things that would otherwise annoy you quickly.
So for many people such as developing students who often live in the same room, the color they choose for their walls can influence who they become.
Also if a person piles up their house to where they can't get through it, can't get to anything, also has animal filth in it, and basically gets stressed from just trying to do simple things inside their house, that will produce negative effects in them too. Compare that with a person who lives in a house that is clean and organized to the point it makes daily life easier than average.
The color of a vehicle also will affect the mind, but also can lead to other things good and bad.
Imagine a biker who rides a flat black colored bike, then buys all black motorcycle gear.
Then imagine a biker with a bright white bike and gear, including a bright white helmet.
Who do you think is safer and who do you think is more prone to accidents and bad things happening just from color choice?
There is data on vehicle accidents that shows certain colors are more likely to be involved in an accident.
Now I don't know if they all take into account some colors are produced more and simply sold more, leaving some rarer colors to be a smaller % out on the road, though it is logical that things which are harder to be seen, are more likely to not be seen as quickly or at all.
Like with many other things, don't try to force this on people if you know it's not necessary, and allow people to be individuals.
The variety and individuals in the world are what makes it interesting and beautiful.
With this, what we could evaluate as negative, may be something that works with a certain person, or ends in something positive for a person.
So I have just shared to let others be aware of it who may never have considered such things, and if someone is struggling to feel good, you may find a remodel of their life around them is something that boosts them to where they want to be.
This can have a powerful positive result in people who suffer from depression and mental health issues. If someone lives in a dark cave they call their room or house, doing the same habits(such as cable tv, excessive school work, so on) year in and year out, simply something like them going outside into a warm and sunny field, leaving all of those habits behind, can transform them.
That's easy, though the difficult part is getting the person to not go back into what they just stepped out of.
(Don't take this as if I am telling you to go out and spend any money, that can be toxic in itself if you're the type to spend money on what you don't need as a habit, and big results can happen from just a little effort and no money required. If you're)
