The various points of the project for health have been split up into sections for easier viewing and organization.
I will mainly just touch on topics so not to information overload, and if you have further questions, you will then be able to locate certain information through resources such as the internet much easier.
There are thousands of links between certain practices, nutrients, and ailments, so it may not be practical to name them all and link them all.
For an example, sunlight deficiency will have an effect on countless things in your life and body, and working on getting more sunlight under the right conditions will also have positive effects on countless things in the body.
Notice I said sunlight deficiency rather than vitamin D deficiency, this is because there is more to sunlight exposure than just vitamin D production, and you shouldn't try to replace sunlight with unnatural oral vitamin D.
It would be pointless to name everything, that everything does, when we can just simply focus on the basics for health in general to get results.
Surely refining and understanding the knowledge can help us in cases, and help us realize more and more knowledge, but I would like to keep things simple.
You can trouble shoot better after following the basics, and also continue your growth in health knowledge on your own.
Follow the basic framework laid out for you, and you will see improvement.
Also, I constantly see people approaching the information I share with their prideful ways, and they do not receive the information, but keep trusting in their own ways, despite the obvious evidence that their own thoughts and ways are keeping them in poor condition.
So, if you're following your own ways and ignoring what I share, don't act like you're really following these guidelines.
You bear false witness on healthy habits when you make others think you follow them, yet they see you're in less health than they may be in.
Now please realize, while using this information will help you improve your health, especially if you have strayed far away from what is natural, it takes time for the body to recover and improve.
It doesn't completely happen all at once, and different systems of your body may need different amounts of time for recovery due to how the body is designed to work.
You may experience quick results in some areas, but you've got to wait on the entire system to heal to fully realize the benefits in all areas.
Just as it takes time for the body to wear down, it takes time for it to build back up.
Look to the long term for reaching your potential.
For example, many can regain healthy blood pressure from simple diet changes, but months can go by before the blood pressure goes from high to normal.
The moment you make the change the body will stop being damaged, and can heal, and the healing is a process that takes time to undo the things that was creating high blood pressure.
High blood pressure is a symptom of a serious condition.
So you must stay consistent or else you will travel backwards and possibly return to stage 1.
You can not do these things 1 day, and then totally disregard them the next, and think you're being "healthy" and deserving results.
It does not work like that.
From my personal experience, after I started following YHWH, and the things discussed on this page, my body stays fit seemingly without effort.
My favorite thing is my energy levels are through the roof.
I can burst out energy all day and it just keeps coming back as long as I follow the healthy guidelines I've learned and make sure to sleep, drink, and eat.
I often hear people who see a child playing, make a comment that they wish they had that much energy.
I have come to realize people should say such comments concerning adult men, not children, but the poor condition of modern society has made them forget who they really are and their own potential.
Sick and dying is now normal, and is also being mistakenly called "normal aging", when the symptoms are far from "normal".
We have been blessed to know the secrets of how to avoid the common problems plaguing the modern world, so let us give thanks to YHWH our Father, and obey him in love!
